BIMA has launched its mobile insurance solution in its sixth market, with Dialog in Sri Lanka. The product is the first of its kind in Sri Lanka, offering prepaid and postpaid subscribers of Dialog a personal accident insurance cover of Rs 1 million for as little as Rs 1 per day.


Registration, payment and making claims is designed to be simple and hassle-free to the customer; including a short one-time registration over the handset and automatic airtime or monthly bill deductions from that point onward.


As usual, BIMA provides its end-to-end solution to Dialog, including its proprietary Mobile Insurance Platform, a dedicated field agent  force to enable education and registrations, claims administration to ensure high quality of experience and product development.
